About Bill

Bill is the co-owner of Albertex Photography, along with his wife, Tanya, offering wedding, portrait, and event photography, as well as photo booth services in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He also serves as the Director of Technical Operations at Imaging Spectrum, where he helps customers design optimal printing systems and provides training and technical support.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography from Sam Houston State University and is a recognized Photographic Craftsman and Certified Professional Photographer by the Professional Photographers of America (PPA). He is a recipient of the Dallas PPA Fellowship and currently serves as its President. With over forty years of experience, he is dedicated to sharing his knowledge through teaching and speaking engagements to enhance the photography industry.

Ursula McKinley to speak at PBX 2025

Ursula McKinley is a seasoned marketer with 20 years of experience in public relations, branding, marketing, and event management. She has worked with major global brands such as Hilton, Subway, and Google, establishing herself as a leader in the industry.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Ursula also holds a Google certification and served on the Marketeers board for Facebook in Europe. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Coaching, Mentoring, and Leadership.

In 2015, Ursula began freelancing with Ireland’s first mirror photo booth company and co-founded Media Lab NI in 2016. The company now offers 19 photo booth products and handles around 300 weddings and 200 corporate events annually across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

Ursula also supports 22 photo booth companies worldwide and, with her partner Sammy English, created a subscription website to help booth owners market their businesses. To date, they have produced over 650 marketing videos, 9,000 images, and 250 hours of training content, while mentoring over 3,000 owners globally. Ursula has also launched 175 photo booth brands, including their marketing materials and websites.
